However, what at first glance looks like a problem of faulty LED lamps turns out, after taking a closer look, to be a problem with the transmission of electrical impulses between car and trailer or carrier device. With JaegerCANtrol^LED our company's engineers have succeeded in developing an electronic control module for LED lamps that enables the trouble-free transmission of electrical signals.

Lamps that go haywire on both trailers and bicycle racks irritate road users and endanger safety on our roads. Such malfunctions can particularly occur when the rear lights of trailers or racks are equipped with modern light-emitting diodes.

Malfunctions range from weakened continuous light emitted by lamps to constant flashing through to a non-functioning rear fog lamp switch in the vehicle. Especially when visibility is very limited, such as in the autumn and in winter in fog and heavy rain, this is an unacceptable situation.
This is why the road traffic act stipulates that these rear lights must work one hundred percent.
